Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) Course

The Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) course is based on the standardized TECC and TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) guidelines.

Each TECC course is taught by seasoned emergency medical service providers that have extensive prehospital, nursing, military, law enforcement and tactical medicine experience. The instructors teach extensively and are active medical providers.

The 4.5 hour class will accommodate up to 20 people. The class size is kept low, as the class involves extensive hands on practice and scenario work. The scenarios are tailored to the background of the audience and are based on actual cases that the instructors have been involved with or that prior students in the class have been involved with. As part of the course, the participants receive handouts of all the material presented in the lecture portion of the class, along with background material on the TECC concept, disposable medical equipment the students will use throughout the course, certificates of completion and CEU credit for the students.

Each student receives four CEUs for attending the class.
